5 Ways To Walk On The Beach - That Will Change Your Life

 

 

Now, listen closely, this may seem random, but trust me, it's important. Nature is like a secret treasure trove of benefits waiting to be unlocked. And the beach is like a call to unlock the secrets of nature's bounty, for all its beauty and wonder.

Every day, I wander along the beach, taking in all the beauty around me and letting it fill me up, but I couldn't help but notice that not everyone was getting the full majesty of it all. So, I observed the beach-goers and realized that many don't know how to truly engage with nature - or walk on the beach!

You see they know they are going to the beach to be around nature. Their soul is guiding them there in the first place. But what happens when we get there? Why do we walk along the beach? 

They come to the beach, seeking solace and peace, and yet they do not know how to fully embrace it. So, allow me to share what I have learned, through years of watching those who visit this sanctuary.

The beach is a place to disconnect from the world, and connect with nature. It is a place to breathe in the energy, to balance and center oneself.

While some might make it to the beach or other natural spots, they fail to engage with the environment and reap the benefits that come with it.

It calms your nervous system to no end!!   

So here are 5 MAJOR KEYS to make your beach walks a more magical soul-connected experience while immersing yourself in nature. And it will cost you nothing. 

1.  First up, put away your phone unless you’re taking pictures! Or put it on flight mode. Why would you come to the beach just to talk on the phone? It's a time to disconnect from everything and let nature reconnect you. I see so many walking and talking that astounds me. Often with that phone up to their ear too, which is so incredibly dangerous for their health.  They are oblivious to their surroundings, not paying any attention to the present moment while engaging in talk. Tell that person that rings “ I’ll call you back later.

2.  Take off those rubber-soled shoes! I see so many walking in shoes that totally disconnect you from the earth.  Honestly, you’re not doing yourself any favors wearing shoes at the beach. Your feet are “crying” out for that connection with the earth.  Walking barefoot on the sand is extremely therapeutic and full of benefits for your health. Take off your shoes and socks (if you have them) and let your feet connect with the sand. 

 3.  Dip your feet into the saltwater, allowing it to cleanse your aura. As you immerse yourself in the water, it clears away any negative energy, blockages, and the energy of others that may be entangled with your own. And if you can submerge your whole body, even better. It’s an instant release and calm sensation making you feel like a new person. ( as long as you are not on your phone while doing it) 

4.   I urge you to connect with nature without talking, taking deep breaths, and being still. if you are walking with others, take some time to be alone, wade into the water or walk ahead or behind. Allow yourself to be present in the moment, connect with the beauty that surrounds you, and let nature work its magic.

5.   Empowering Affirmations and positive speaking. As you walk along the beach repeat positive affirmations over and over as well as whatever your higher self wants to bring through. I say many empowering affirmations that feel heightened while I'm connecting so deeply barefoot on the sand and in the water. The cleansing of your energy helps to project out your words more powerfully to increase your vibrational frequency and be aligned with your intentions and manifestations. 

Why come to this realm of beauty, if not to immerse oneself in its grace? The beach is an escape from daily life, a place to recharge, balance, and connect with nature. 

By engaging with nature in these ways, you can fully benefit from its healing power and recharge your energy.

Next time you go to the beach or any other natural setting, try these steps to get the most out of your nature experience. You'll be amazed at how much peace and relaxation you can gain from being present and fully connecting with nature.

Nature has a way of rejuvenating our mind, body, and soul. it's essential to engage with nature in a way that brings inner peace and relaxation. Going to the beach is common but many people miss out on the full benefits. Make sure you’re not one of them.
